Hi, I’m Claudine! I help independent women take back their health & confidence by teaching them strength training, dropping crash diets, and stop people pleasing.
You’ve probably known for a while that you’re holding up EVERYTHING in life. It’s more than enough that you do so much in your career, your family, and friendships. But when was the last time you ever took care of yourself?
Like, truly took care of yourself. A Tuesday night of Netflix and binge-eating chips doesn’t count as quality “alone time.” Yes, work is stressful and family obligations are INSANE. You also know what’s good for you (I think you can trust your gut instinct about your mental health & when it’s time to stop hanging out with you-know-who.)
You know that deep down, this lifestyle isn’t sustainable for you to reach your highest potential. You’ve got BIG dreams of traveling, leveling up in your career and relationships, but the only thing holding you back is your health in the back burner and lack of boundaries.
